How to Get Windows 11 Update on Computer/Laptop

Microsoft launches (Windows 11). Previously there was news about Windows 10 which is the final version and will continue to receive updates from the Microsoft operating system, but in fact, it launched Windows 11 to replace its predecessor.

Windows 11 has features that are much different from the previous Windows version in terms of appearance and more complete features. This operating system that supports 110 languages is launched by Microsoft on October 5, 2021.

What you have to do first before you update to the latest windows you must first check the minimum requirement specifications with 'PC health check' whether it is supported or not. Because not all PC can install this operating system.

Get Notification Windows 11 Update From PC settings

The first way is the easiest way because you don't need to use third-party applications or other. But your computer must meet the minimum specifications and must get notifications directly from Microsoft.
  1. Type and search for [Windows update settings] in the windows search bar, then click open.
  2. After that select [Check for updates].
  3. If Windows 11 upgrade notification is available, click [Download and Install] to start the upgrade. If your computer has not received the upgrade notification, it means Microsoft is still continuing the deployment.
  4. Windows Update is downloading Windows 11. It might take a while to download, and it's okay to keep using your PC.
  5. After the download is complete, please click [Restart now] to start installing Windows 11.
  6. After the computer logs back into the desktop, it means that the Windows 11 installation is complete.
Note: it can take some time for Windows to update, so make sure the AC adapter is connected during the update process. Also, please don't force it to shut down to prevent any issues.

 

Using Windows 11 Update Installation Assistant

This is the second method if the first method does not get update notifications from Microsoft.
  1. Visit the official Microsoft website to download the Installation Assistant tool. Click [Download Now] to start downloading Windows 11 Installation. (Please download the latest version provided by Microsoft).
  2. After the download process is complete, 'double-click' the tool you downloaded.
  3. If the User Account Control notification appears, please select [Yes].
  4. Please read the Microsoft software license terms, then select [Accept and install] to continue the Windows 11 update process.
  5. Installation Assistant is downloading Windows 11. It may take a while to download, and it's okay to keep using your PC.
  6. After the download is complete, please click [Restart Now] to start installing Windows 11.
  7. After the computer logs back into the desktop, it means that the Windows 11 installation is complete.
Note: Make sure the AC adapter is connected during the update process. ALso, please don't force it to shut down to prevent any issues.
